Plants "United Company" Rustekhnologii "in large volumes produce coiled steel with aluminum-zinc and polymer coating. They are equipped with the latest high-tech equipment and produce up to 480,000 tons of products per year.

The production facilities are located on an area of ​​10,000 square meters and include

• Workshop for the production of cold rolled steel in coils, equipped with a modern pickling line for hot rolled metal and two reversible cold rolling mills. Up to 40 thousand tons of steel with a thickness of 0.18-1.5 mm come out of its walls monthly.
• A workshop for the production of galvanized steel in coils, where two hot-dip galvanizing units operate, allowing the production of up to 40 thousand tons per month of high-quality galvanized metal products with a zinc coating layer of up to 275 g / m2.
• A workshop for the production of galvanized steel coils with double-sided polymer coating, equipped with three automatic lines for applying polymer coating with a capacity of up to 276 thousand tons per year. Sheet width varies from 600 to 1250 mm, thickness from 0.18-0.8 mm, color palette according to the RAL classic catalog in glossy and matte options.
